We are pleased to announce that from 1st January 2010 MC will be merged with HSD S.p.A.

We are pleased to announce that as from 1st January 2010, MC s.r.l., a leading company in the production of aggregates and boring units for machining wood, aluminium, glass and stone, will be merged with HSD SpA.

The operation is a part of a much larger process that will transform HSD into a Lean Company, the aim of which is to reduce costs and at the same time improve the service provided and the quality of the products with a view to obtaining full customer satisfaction.

The merger of MC and HSD will, above all, increase the amount of technological and production know-how appertaining to MC aggregates and will strengthen the after-sales service. Our customers, in fact, can make use of HSD’s commercial service, and in particular its three operational branches in Germany, China and U.S.A.

This Lean managerial approach has also resulted in the rationalisation of the production structure, which was previously based at four different locations and which is now centralised in one modern fully integrated factory. The operational centre is located in Pesaro in Piazzale Alfio de Simoni, while the head office nd administration are still in Via della Meccanica 16.
