PARTS & SERVICE - New "SPINDLE HOTEL" service
TAt the AMB trade fair in Stuttgart, from 13 to 17 September, HSD will be presenting an exclusive preview of the "SPINDLE HOTEL" service that we offer: this provides customers with the opportunity to store their replacement spindles, new or repair, at our facility to keep them in optimal working order. Ensuring a ready-to-use guarantee starting from the date of delivery to the final customer.
The "SPINDLE HOTEL" service is just one of the tangible ways in which HSD demonstrates its proximity to its customers. The electrospindle is at the heart of the machine, and for this reason, it must be checked and tested regularly, even when not being used.
Through this service, HSD ensures the correct storage of the spindles in order to ensure maximum functionality; these spindles are continuously tested by our experienced technicians, and cand just in time delivery system.
In the Parts & Service area of the stand, visitors can learn about the full range of services on offer, including fixed-price remanufacturing, our network of official branches and repair workshops and much more besides. Our customers can count on professional technical supervision, immediate availability for shipping and favourable warranty terms.
