HSD guarantees spare parts, services and products delivery, in compliance with the provisions protecting the community
Pesaro, 26 March 2020 - HSD SpA, through the Management Committee, implements the urgent measures to contain the infection from COVID-19 on the whole national territory, issued by the Prime Minister on Sunday 22 March, and to the similar regulations prepared in the countries where HSD is present with its branches. The primary objective is to safeguard the health of its employees, those who interface with the company and the entire community,
Despite the stoppage of the production activity resulting from the new global provisions, the company continues to guarantee the full range of services, from after-sales to the shipment of spare parts, to hot line assistance to its customers worldwide and in total safety.
“In the last days we have implemented and acted all the resources available to produce and ship products in Italy and worldwide and we are working synergistically with our network and our branches, ensuring business continuity for all our customers. We also have a stock of products in our warehouses in Gradara and in our branches in North America, Germany, China, and Korea to respond to the requests of our customers around the world and ensure their production continuity in this period. It is a strategic reserve that allows us to manage this moment without worry " said Fabrizio Pierini, CEO HSD Group.
