The goods are delivered EX WORKS
The goods travel at the client’s risk and responsibility. Any shortages must be signalled at the moment of collection by the courier

CHOICE OF COURIER

In order to be able to organise the shipment of your order, please select one of the two options below:

- Shipment by your appointed courier, carriage forward

Based on your specific needs, you could decide to ask the carrier in order to collect the goods or to delegate us to do this for you (in this case you should give us your customer code at your carrier)

As alternative:

- Shipment by our appointed courier carriage free with relevant charges added to the invoice*

It could be by DHL by air (about 24 hours for delivery) or by truck (about 5 days for delivery)

* In the case of payment in advance, the shipment costs must be included in the total amount for the goods
