New 30,000 rpm liquid cooled Electrospindle with manual tool change
The HSD Research & Development department has designed a new 30,000 rpm liquid cooled Electrospindle with manual tool change.
Suitable for engraving and milling Plastic, Composites and Light Wood, the new Electrospindle can reach a SPEED of 30,000 RPM with 1kW of power in 1S.
ADVANTAGES:
INCREASED PRODUCTIVITY: thanks to the high machining speed of 30,000 rpm.
MACHINING ACCURACY: the electrospindle is compact, shorter, light and has less shaft expansion thanks to the liquid cooling.
RELIABILITY: the use of the Pressurized Front Support (SAP) protects the bearings against dust and machining residues.
HIGH VERSATILITY: the ER20 coupling means that tools of up to 13 mm can be mounted
